This year we Perfected our Recipe for Success for the Honey Bees! The NEW Highland Heights is EXEMPLARY.

I am proud to announce that our Preliminary TAKS data has earned us a TEA Rating of EXEMPLARY! We did it!

We are in the process of making room for our new students as Highland Heights expands as a result of the closing of Hohl Elementary. We are expecting an enrollment of at least 700 students. The way we operate will change. In order to accommodate everyone, we will have to modify arrival and dismissal procedures, as well as parking. We will have limited parking due to the increase in staff, however, we are working with the district to see what can be done to increase the property.

In closing, we have offered positions to most of the teachers from Hohl to join our Honey Bee family. I am looking forward to the changes this process will bring. Look for updates as we work throughout the summer to have a great opening day. Spread the word...The NEW Highland Heights is going to get BETTER as we work to make this the best transition for our children.
